3rd-Party Resellers Begin Accepting Orders for The New iMac

After a great deal of waiting, 3rd-party Apple retailers have finally begun taking orders for Apple’s ultra-thin new iMacs! In an email sent to customers early this morning, MacMall announced orders for the new models, including near-immediate availability of the 21.5-inch models.

While the 21.5-inch version of the iMac is set to ship within 2-3 weeks, the 27-inch iMac won’t ship until late December (as expected).

It’s great news to see that orders are finally being taken for both models, however – a chance for anxious users to reserve their units to ship as soon as they are available! For more information, or to order now from Mac Mall, check out their ‘New iMac’ product page!

Oddly, Apple’s Online Store still hasn’t been updated to allow for orders of the new iMac. We’ll keep you updated when Apple begins taking orders directly.
