Apple sometimes creates some really interesting videos, whether it be for products or other things. This one (via 9to5Mac) is an internal employee video from 2011, and it reveals some fascinating stuff about the philosophy and people behind Apple Stores.
Of course, Ron Johnson is no longer at Apple (a huge loss), but you’d like to think the same amount of thought goes into the stores today. But people like Browett make you think otherwise.
