The Original Android Logo Was Just Plain Scary (Image)

The little green thing that represents Android today could have been yellow (or blue, or red) with weird eyes – and downright scary. Android engineer Dan Morrill posted some pretty horrific early concept art of the Android logo to his Google+ account, which includes four different variants of what it could have looked like, Droid Life reports.

Would Android have had the same success with a ‘Dandroid’? Who knows, but it would definitely have given lots of children lots of nightmares.
