Staples Now Selling Apple Accessories in U.S. Online Store

After Staples executives blabbed about it all over the twittersphere, it was no secret Staples was planning to sell Apple accessories. Now that plan has, (dare I say it?), come to fruition.

MacRumors:

Products available through the online store are currently limited to accessories, but do appear to include nearly the full lineup of accessories such as Smart Covers, power adapters, cables, headphones, mice and keyboards. Several more expensive hardware accessories are also available, including the Apple TV, Time Capsules, and AirPort Extreme/Express base stations.

Rumors had floated last month that Staples retail stores would be offering a full lineup of Apple products, including Macs, iPads, and the iPhone 5. MacRumors reports that the full lineup approach may be limited to select high-volume Staples locations, rolling out sometime in late March. No word yet if Staples retail stores are selling Apple accessories along with the online store launch.
