Tim Cook to Open AllThingsD D11 Conference Tonight With Live Interview

As we noted last month, Apple CEO Tim Cook will be making a return appearance tonight at the D11: All Things Digital conference. Cook will kickoff this year’s proceedings with an opening night interview with Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg. Cook made a similar appearance at last year’s D10 conference.

The interview, as usual, will be one of the highlights of the event – and there’s no shortage of things for Cook to discuss, such as Apple’s recent tax controversy, Apple’s upcoming WWDC conference, changes in leadership since Steve Jobs passed away, as well as Mr. Cook’s usual keen analysis on current events involving Apple and the broader tech community.

Cook’s interview will begin at 6:00 PM Pacific Time / 9:00 PM Eastern Time tonight. While MacTrast will not be present at the event, live updates will be available from many sources spanning the internet. We’ll bring you the most important topics of discussion the following morning, as well as full video coverage of Cook’s interview.

Last year’s Tim Cook interview was quite interesting, with Cook promising to “double down” to prevent product leaks, and a personal shout-out for the Apple TV. Don’t forget to check the site tomorrow morning for all of the best bits!
