Apple Notifies iTunes Users of In-App Purchases Settlement Details

If you’re a parent and your kid is one of the children who ran up hundreds, nay thousands of dollars of in-app purchases, you can now file to get compensation for those charges.

9to5Mac:

The “Apple In-App Purchase Litigation Administrator” just sent out an email with information regarding the settlement and deadlines for submitting payment requests.

If your charges amounted to under $30, you’ll be receiving a $5 iTunes gift card. If your bill amounted to more, you’ll be getting a cash refund.

For more details, visit the Apple iTunes In-App Purchases Settlement website.
