Oh, It’s On Now!: Siri Takes a Few Swings at Google’s ‘Half-Empty’ Glass Accessory

Apple has updated its virtual assistant Siri to take a few playful jabs at Google’s Glass, saying she sees it as “half empty,” and telling users not to strap her to their forehead.

AppleInsider:

The responses are generated by Siri once users say the words “Okay, Glass.” Those are the same words used to invoke the voice-driven features of Google Glass.

Some of Siri’s responses to “OK, Glass” can be seen in the screenshot above. (I merged various responses into one shot.)

The Verge reports that the responses can be seen via iOS 6 or iOS 7, however it is believed iOS 7 contains more responses.

While Apple is reportedly working on its own wearable accessory that will work with its iOS devices, the accessory is believed to be wrist-worn, as opposed to Google’s head-worn “Glass” accessory.
