Having trouble updating your status on Facebook this morning? So are we. So it’s not just you. Well, not this time, anyway.
While it isn’t known how widespread the issue is, some users are having problems when attempting to update their statuses. Several users receive the following error message when attempting to update their statuses: “There was a problem updating your status. Please try again in a few minutes.”
The Wall Street Journal reports that when using the iPhone app, a status message appeared to go through, showing no error message, but it never gets published.
No word from Facebook as yet on what’s happening, or how long the issue might last. We’ll keep an eye on it and let you know what’s going on when we hear something.
