now I am having trouble, can’t see any words in Word and Excel documents…

MAC-WINDOWS COMPATIBILITY ISSUES AFTER UPDATE: Is anyone else having trouble with cross-platform Word compatibility after this update? I am. It’s too close to the update to be just a coincidence. I have had 8 people on Windows OS complain to me that they couldn’t open a Word document I sent that was created or updated AFTER the update. These are all Windows users. Some of these users had received a similar document previously from me without any problem. Now, after the update, “Can’t Open the document” and in one instance, came up with a message to “translate into a different language.” This update has created new problems.
