iPad Air Usage 3 Days in Already Beats Previous Models 4 to 1

Tracking data from Fisku shows the iPad Air may be outpacing both of Apple’s previous iPad models, the iPad mini and the 4th-generation iPad by around 4 to 1.

9to5Mac:

The numbers are as yet very small, but three days in, iPad Air usage hit 0.8 percent of active devices versus less than 0.2 percent for the iPad 4 by the same time …

There are a couple of reasons to take the data with a grain of salt, as it is based only on usage of Fisku’s apps, and last year at this time, many 4th-generation iPad buyers were holding off in anticipation of the release of the cellular capable model, which launched a couple of weeks after the Wi-Fi only model.
