Award Winning Developer Lipa Learning Launches Game-Based Learning Apps for Kids

Award winning developer Lipa Learning has lunched a line of game-based learning apps for kids for use with the iPad and iPhone. Each month, the company will be offering one of their educational games free in the App Store.

The free app for the month of December is Lipa Zoo. Lipa Zoo helps children explore the sounds and habitats of the animal kingdom, while helping them develop fundamental skills. The game, recommended for children 1-3 years old, introduces skills that provide very young children (1-3) with the building blocks they will need to begin the learning process.

We also had the opportunity to check out their Lipa Eggs app. This fun app helps children ages 4-6 develop their creative skills while helping a mommy bird paint the eggs in her nest so they’ll hatch baby birds.

Lipa Eggs is a nicely designed app that includes easy to use and understand controls and the animation and sounds in the app will bring children back again and again to enjoy and learn.

In October 2013, Lipa Eggs was honored at the prestigious international conference, European Conference of Games Based Learning, held in Porto, Portugal.

Lipa Eggs is available in the App Store for $2.99 for both the iPad and iPhone. [DIRECT LINK]

Other games in the Lipa Learning series are Lipa Dots, Lipa Bear, Lipa Train, and Lipa Frog.
