China Mobile Showcasing iOS Devices as They Prepare to Launch the iPhone Later This Month

China Mobile seems to be aggressively promotion Apple’s iPhone and iPad line in the run up to their launch on their network later this month. The wireless provider has devoted a majority of at least one of its retail locations to the iOS devices.

9to5Mac:

PRC and Me shared several photos taken at the retail location showing several ads and marketing material dedicated to the Apple products in a store once dominated by Samsung and other Android handsets.

PRC and Me noted: “Prior to today, Samsung and home-grown Android brands have had the world’s largest mobile carrier all to themselves. Now (at least in the store I photographed) a majority of their ad-space has been handed to Apple.”

China Mobile an Apple struck a deal for the carrier to offer the iPhone to its customers earlier this month.
