Apple Adds ‘Red Bull TV’ Action Sports to Apple TV Channel Lineup

Apple has expanded their lineup of channels for their Apple TV set-top box today by adding the “Red Bull TV” free action sports channel to the lineup.

Variety, via MacRumors:

Red Bull TV live programming, films, shows and clips are now available to Apple TV users worldwide for free. Launched in 2010, Red Bull TV features “inspirational entertainment programming” designed to promote the beverage and its high-action brand image. Content includes live global events and sports, music and lifestyle entertainment.

The channel includes coverage of live events, in addition to curated playlists and on-demand content.

The network – which carries no ads except for the constant Red Bull branding – is also is available at redbull.tv, via iOS and Android apps, Google Chromecast, and certain smart TVs.

Red Bull TV joins a long list of Apple TV channel additions over the last six months, including Watch ABC, Bloomberg, Crackle, and more.
