Apple Store iPhone Reuse and Recycle Trade-In Program Hits Canada

Apple has expanded their in-store iPhone trade-in to Canada. A customer can trade-in their iPhone 3G or newer for a gift card that can be applied toward the purchase of a new iPhone. As 9to5Mac notes, the amount of money on the card will vary by model and the quality of the older iPhone.

The trade-in program was first launched in the United States, then soon after it expanded to the United Kingdom. The program reached France earlier this year.
