If you consume coffee, energy drinks, or caffeinated carbonated beverages, Jawbone has the app for you. “UP Coffee” is the first product from Jawbone Labs, and it’s billed as the simplest way to understand how caffeine affects your sleep patterns. And, if this thing is correct, I’m in for a long night ahead of me!

Every time you drink a caffeinated beverage, you enter it into UP Coffee. The app then knows when you’re “wired,” and can calculate when you’ll be “sleep ready.”
It takes seven days for the app to get to know you, and calculate your “Caffeine Persona.” Then if you track for three more days, the app will begin to show you the relationship between when, what, and how much you drink, and your bedtime, how long you sleep, and how often you wake up during the night. (I’m guessing you’ll need the UP Band for that feature…)
