Apple’s 11.2.1 iTunes Update Fixes Hidden ‘/Users’ Folder Bug

Following the release of OS X 10.9.3 last week, some users saw their /Users folder disappear form view. Apple has now released a minor iTunes update, version 11.2.1, that apparently fixes the issue, causing the /Users folder to once more be visible to users.

Although not listed among the changes, users are finding that updating to version 11.2.1 fixes the bug that hid the system’s “/Users” folder at the top level of a Mac’s hard drive.

iTunes can be updated to version 11.2.1 via the “Updates” tab in the Mac App Store or via OS X’s “Software Update” drop-down menu.
