New Close-Up Photos Allegedly Show iPhone 6 Front Panel, Power Button, and Mute Switch

New high resolution photos from Feld & Volk, vendor of luxury modified iPhones, show the best peek yet at what appear to be parts from an upcoming iPhone 6. The pics appear to show the front panel, a power button, and a mute switch from Apple’s upcoming handset.

The photo above shows the inside of the front panel and display assembly, giving a good look at how the parts come together, allowing for room for the front camera and proximity/ambient light sensors, which are all packed into one small area of the device.

Two other photos, shown above, put the spotlight on the front edges, displaying the tapered edges, which should sit flush with the edges of the rounded shell.

F&V also gives a closeup look at the power button and mute switch.

The final pic is a hi-res view of the metal finished SIM tray.

As always, the authenticity of these photos are up in the air, and we won’t know for sure what Apple’s new precious(es) will actually look like until September.

Apple is expected to debut its new flagship handset(s) on September 9th, with a launch expected soon after. In addition to larger screens, the devices are expected to boast a faster A8 processor, improved cameras, and better battery life.
