Apple released the second beta of iOS 8.1 to developers on Tuesday. The second beta release, (Build12B407), comes just over a week after the release of iOS 8.1 Beta 1 to developers.
The update is available to developers via OTA update, and via download from the iOS Developer Center.
In addition, Apple also released new betas of Xcode 6.2 and Apple TV software.
