Facebook Debuts “Stickered for Messenger’ App for iOS

While we’re not sure how Facebook feels about the separation of church and state, they definitely believe in the separation of app and features, as on Monday they debuted their “Stickered for Messenger” app which breaks out the “stickers” used in their messenger app into its own photo app.

From the Stickered for Messenger App Store page:

Description

It’s sticker time! Add cute characters, funny faces and more to make your photos pop.

– Pick as many stickers as you want
– Stick them on before or after you snap a photo
– Decorate photos from your camera roll, too
– Drag, pinch, stretch and rotate stickers to make the perfect scene
– Send your creations to friends with Messenger

Available on both Android and iOS, the app allows users to add stickers to photos from their camera roll, or over a live “selfie” camera view to create “stickered” photos.

Of course, after you’ve “stickered” it up, you can then send the photos to friends via the Facebook Messenger app. If you don’t have Messenger installed, the app will helpfully direct you to the App Store to download the free app, to continue the “Facebook-ization” of your device. Users can also save their creations to the Camera Roll for use later.

Stickered for Messenger is available FREE in the iOS App Store. [DIRECT LINK]
