After much hullaballoo, Sony Pictures has released the Seth Rogen and James Franco comedy “The Interview.” It’s available on YouTube, Google Play, or Sony’s own dedicated website. Although the film isn’t available via iTunes, it’s still possible to watch it on your Apple TV, iPad, or iPhone.
First rent the movie either on your computer, via either YouTube, or Google Play. Then, grab the YouTube or Google Play Movies app, according to which service you rented the flick from. Now you should be able to either view the movie via the app directly on your iOS device.
You can also rent the film via the latest YouTube app and stream it from your iOS device to your Apple TV. That will however, require a third-generation Apple TV.
