Apple has also revealed that the event, to be held at the Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco, will be live streamed via the Apple website. The Apple website invites users to return on March 9th, to “Watch the live video and follow every moment.” It also offers a link to click to add the date to your calendar.

Apple first unveiled the Apple Watch last September, at the same event where the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus debuted. Apple then promised an “early 2015” debut for the wearable device.

Apple CEO Tim Cook has since said everything is on track for an April release. An exact release date has not been announced, although it is expected that one will be announced at the March 9th media event.

MacTrast will be watching the event unfold on March 9th, and will bring all of the news to you as it happens. Stay tuned.
