9to5Mac:

Workflow, similar to Automator on OS X, allows users to create more than 200 automated actions with a mix and match interface on the iPad and iPhone. With Apple Watch, users will be able to view and download workflows designed for Apple Watch instantly from their wrist.

Users will be able to send emails, read articles, request a ride form Uber, record audio, tweet a photo, and much more, all from their wrist. Users will simply swipe left on their Watch to access the Workflow Apple Watch action Gallery, and will then be able to download the workflows instantly.

9to5Mac notes that any workflows created on your iPhone will automatically appear on your Apple Watch. Any workflow created on your iOS device is compatible with Apple Watch, excepting those that require the opening of other apps.

Workflow 1.2 also supports Handoff, allowing you to transfer info from your Watch to your iPhone.

Workflow is now available in the iOS App Store, at a special price of $2.99, 40% off the normal price of $4.99. Visit the App Store to find out more, or to purchase the app, and be ready on April 24 when your Apple Watch is delivered.
