On the tail of news that Apple will soon be offering the Apple Watch in-store at their retail locations comes the news that shipping times for the 38mm Apple Watch have improved, dropping to as little as 5 business days.
The new shipping times apply to every 38-millimeter Apple Watch Sport and most stainless steel versions — including the space gray and space black models. The lone exception is the 38-millimeter stainless steel Watch with a modern buckle, which is listed at 1-2 weeks.
In-store sales of Apple’s wearable could begin as soon as next week, with Chinese site Feng.com saying that the retail debut could come on June 8, following Apple’s WWDC 2015 keynote.
Consumers will reportedly be able to visit the Apple website beginning at 8:00 AM each day to view availability of Apple Watch models in their local Apple retail store. They will then be able to order a Watch for in-store pickup later that same day.
