Apple Confirms Livestream of Tuesday’s Q3 2015 Financial Results Conference Call

A press release by Apple on Friday confirms the company will offer a livestream of its fiscal year 2015 third quarter financial results conference call. As usual, the stream will be available via the Apple website.

The call will take place on Tuesday, July 21 at 2:00PM PDT/5:00PM EDT. The livestream will be available at: www.apple.com/quicktime/qtv/earningsq315 and will also be available for replay for approximately two weeks thereafter.

Streaming audio requires an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 4.2 or above, a Mac running OS X 10.6.8 or above, or a PC running Windows 7 and QuickTime 7 or later. Safari or Internet Explorer also required. If you don’t already have QuickTime installed on your Windows PC, it is available at www.apple.com/quicktime.

The audio is also available via phone at: (877) 616-0061 (toll-free) or (719) 219-0037. Enter confirmation code 830070.

The earnings report will provide a look at iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus sales during the quarter, as well as Mac and iPad sales. The iPhone had a record breaking second quarter, and Mac sales were up year-over-year during the same quarter. iPad sales didn’t fare as well in Q2, as they were down from a year earlier. Apple may provide a look at Apple Watch sales also.

During its Q2 2015 earnings report, Apple provided Q3 guidance for $46 – $48 billion in revenue and gross margin between 38.5 and 39.5 percent.

MacTrast will provide full coverage of the July 21 earnings report and conference call. So be here then.
