Apple Debuts ‘Apple Music Help’ Twitter Account

Apple today launched a new Twitter account to answer questions about its Apple Music streaming service. The new @AppleMusicHelp Twitter account is available everyday from 6AM to 8PM Pacific Time.

Apple representatives will watch the account’s Twitter feed during the above hours, and will attempt to aid Apple Music users who have questions about the streaming music service. The account is only for Apple Music-related questions, and the company advises customers with questions about other Apple products or services to visit the usual support pages.

Apple seems to be making a great effort to expand its social media outreach lately, posting on Snapchat, hosting the Beats 1 scheduling page on Tumblr, and even launching an @AppStoreGames Twitter account to promote games for its iOS, tvOS, and Mac platforms. Oddly enough, the company still lacks its own official Twitter account.
