Apple Seeds Third Beta of OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan to Public Beta Testers

Apple on Wednesday seeded the third beta of OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan to its public beta tester group. The release comes one day following the release of the same beta seed to developers. The new beta is available to public beta testers via the “Update” tab in the Mac App Store.

So far, it looks as if OS X 10.11.2 will focus on bug fixes, and security and performance enhancements. The release notes for the developer seed asked testers to concentrate on Graphics, Wi-Fi, Calendar, USB, Notes, Photos, and Spotlight.

Mac users wishing to join the Apple public beta testing program can sign up on Apple’s beta testing website.
