Mophie has announced a wireless charging ecosystem for iPhone 6s/6s Plus handsets, built around their new Juice Pack Wireless charging case. The “Charge Force” system begins charging a device the moment it is laid on a compatible charge pad, and charges the iPhone before recharging the battery case.
The case is available for both the iPhone 6/6s and the iPhone 6/6s Plus handsets. Both cases promise to add over 50% extra battery life, and are said to support “Virtually all” wireless charging standards, including the popular Qi charging format. The cases include a flat charging base, which can also be purchased separately.
Mophie is also making available Charge Force desk and vent mounts. The desk mount can hold the iPhone vertically at various angles, and the vent mount attaches to a vehicle’s AC vents.
The Juice Pack Wireless case for the iPhone 6/6s retails at $99.95, and the “Plus” version for the iPhone 6/6s Plus, is $129.95. If you purchase an accessory, such as the vent mount or the extra base, you’ll receive a $5 bundle discount. The accessories normally go for $59.95 and $39.95, respectively. The desk mount is also available for $59.95.
