Apple on Wednesday seeded the second macOS Sierra 10.12.2 beta to public beta testers. The second seed comes one week following the initial beta release of the upcoming Mac operating system, and one day after its release to developers.

Today’s seed is available for download by public beta testers via the “Update” tab in the Mac App Store.

The macOS Sierra 10.12.2 beta includes the same new and updated emoji that are included with the iOS 10.2 beta, also released earlier last week. This includes support for Unicode 9 and the new professions emoji. Apple has also updated many of the existing emoji, with added details, offering a brighter and more realistic look. The update also focuses on the usual bug fixes and performance enhancements, which are designed to address any issues that users have discovered since the release of macOS Sierra 10.12.1.

macOS 10.12.2 comes on the heels of the September release of macOS Sierra. Apple’s latest Mac operating system includes new features like Siri on the Mac,Apple Pay on the web, picture-in-picture video playback, and more.
