Apple on Monday seeded the third macOS Sierra 10.12.2 beta to developers. The third seed comes one week following the second beta release of the upcoming Mac operating system.
Today’s seed – build 16C48b – is available for download through the Apple Developer Center, as well as through the “Update” tab in the Mac App Store. A public beta will likely be available for public beta testers soon.
The macOS Sierra 10.12.2 beta includes the same new and updated emoji that are included with the iOS 10.2 beta, also released earlier last week. This includes support for Unicode 9 and the new professions emoji. Apple has also updated many of the existing emoji, with added details, offering a brighter and more realistic look.
