Apple Releases Xcode 9.3.1 Update – Fixes Apple ID Login and Playgrounds Bugs

Apple on Thursday released an update to Xcode. Xcode 9.3.1 comes a little over a month following the release of Xcode 9.1 in late March.

The update is a minor bug fix update, Apple’s release notes describe the update fixes as follows;

Xcode 9.3.1

Resolved Issues
  • Fixed an issue causing the user to have to log in with their Apple ID repeatedly. (39573406)

Playgrounds

Resolved Issues
  • Addressed an issue that would cause Xcode to hang when using Playgrounds. (37822125)

Xcode 9.3.1 is now available as a free download from the Mac App Store, or through the Apple Developer website.
