Apple Seeds Second Beta of macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 to Developers

Apple on Monday seeded the second beta of macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 to developers for testing. the second seed comes two weeks after the release of the first beta.

Developers can download the new beta through the Mac App Store’s Update tab, on any compatible Mac that has the proper profile installed. Profiles can be obtained from the Apple Developers Center.

No new features have so far been discovered in macOS High Sierra 10.3.6, and none will likely be found. As with most X.X.1 updates the beta likely contains performance enhancements, and fixes for bug found since the release of macOS High Sierra 10.13.5.

Apple’s focus should begin to shift to macOS Mojave 10.14, which debuted at the Cupertino firm’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC 18) last week. The initial seed of the Mac operating system was seeded to developers last week.
