Adobe Lightroom CC for iOS Adds Support for New iPad Pro, Apple Pencil 2, iPhone XS, and iPhone XR

Adobe on Friday updated its popular Lightroom CC app for iOS to include support for Apple’s newest iPads, iPhones, and accessories.

Adobe Lightroom CC Version 4.0.2 will now display correctly on Apple’s latest devices, including the new iPad Pro, iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max.

What’s New

Version 4.0.2

• Support for iPad Pro (2018)
• Support for Apple Pencil (2018) double-tap gesture to switch between paint and erase modes with selective tools
• Bugfixes and stability improvements

The update also adds support for the second-generation Apple Pencil, allowing users to double-tap on the Pencil to switch between paint and erase modes with selective tools.

Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC for mobile gives you a powerful, yet simple solution for capturing, editing and sharing your photos. And you can upgrade for premium features that give you precise control with seamless access across all your devices – mobile, desktop and web.

The app works well in conjunction with Lightroom CC for Mac, but it can also be used on a standalone basis. The app is free, but requires a premium Adobe subscription to unlock all of the app’s features, as well as cloud storage.

The Adobe Lightroom CC app is available for the iPad and iPhone, in the App Store. [Get the iPhone Version Here] – [Get the iPad Version Here]
