Apple is moving the release date of its iPadOS and iOS 13.1 operating systems a bit forward, brining it ahead to September 24. The original release dates for both mobile operating system updates were September 30.
Alongside today’s release of iOS 13 to the public, Apple has updated the iOS 13 page on their website to reflect a new release date for iOS 13.1. The small print on the page now reads “Available September 24, 2019” as the iOS 13.1 release date.
The iPadOS page on the Apple site now displays a similar move ahead for the iPad operating system’s release date, upping it from September 30 to September 24, the same day as iOS 13.1.
