Sublue’s WhiteShark MixPro Underwater Scooter Kickstarter is Live

Sublue’s newest innovation for underwater fun is the WhiteShark MixPro, which was a hit at CES 2020 and something I was very excited to try in person this year. It received a CES Innovation Award honoree nomination too. With about a week left to its Kickstarter campaign, it blasted way past its goal of $10,000, to the tune of over $213,000!

Before I get into how awesome this water scooter is, with videos of it being used, there are less than 10 Super Early Bird beginner packs left at $399. You get a choice between two color options for the device, along with a floater, and a battery. Estimated delivery is June of 2020. There are seven more packs available, so do check out the entire list.

Sublue is a company that I have enjoyed seeing at CES for the last several years. They have multiple underwater toys and professional marine research tools. This is not their first rodeo into the consumer market. They have combined their pro-level engineering into a consumer-grade scooter.

Why get a WhiteShark MixPro? As you have seen in my video above, it immediately turns you into an international adventurer. I have only ever seen gadgets like this used in movies. But now, awesome movie props have become real, and you can get one soon.

It is easy enough for the entire family to use in a pool or in the ocean. Divers and snorkelers alike will love how it will give them additional time underwater, without experiencing the fatigue that comes with swimming. Attach the optional phone mount, and use your smartphone in the waterproof phone case, to record video in up to 5 meters of water. Other brands of underwater toys cannot do this.

Having fun underwater is easier with the WhiteShark MixPro. It is lightweight at 7.82lbs or 3.55kg. The included battery can go for up to one hour and supercharges in about two hours. Get more batteries to double up on the exploration.

In addition to the smartphone mount, it is compatible with an action camera mount, selfie extension stick, and a waterproof LED light. Use the optional floater in the pool or remove it to go much deeper. Sublue has tested it for 168 hours for salt-corrosion and salt-spray.  So it is ideal for open-sea waters.

The 122Wh Li-ion battery is safe for flight, but be sure to check with your airlines (domestically and internationally) of choice ahead of any trip.

Take it slow or zoom around by pressing its dual trigger buttons. It will gradually speed up and for safety; it has a trigger button lock that prevents accidental thrust.

My WhiteShark MixPro video was very popular during CES and so many people wanted to know where to buy one. It was reposted by huge Instagram accounts and accumulated over 682,000 combined views in about a week.

There is something to be said about next-level video content. If you are a professional influencer or brand advocate and are looking for unique ways to differentiate yourself, selfie videos created underwater are for you.

Get the ultimate underwater Sublue WhiteShark MixPro scooter at 43% off currently with free US shipping at $399. The Kickstarter only has about a week left, so check it out today!

Disclosure: I was supplied access to a WhiteShark MixPro for testing and some photos may be courtesy of Sublue. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
