Former Apple executive and marketing veteran Bozoma Saint John who left Apple for supposedly greener pastures at Uber back in 2017, will join streaming giant Netflix as its Chief Marketing Officer.

Variety reports Saint John’s most recent post was as CMO of holding company Endeavor. Saint John first joined Apple in 2014 as part of the acquisition of Beats Music.

Saint John was head of Global Marketing for Apple Music and iTunes. She worked on numerous advertising and marketing campaigns feature celebrities including Mary J. Blige, Taylor Swift, and more.

“I’m thrilled to join Netflix, especially at a time when storytelling is critical to our global, societal well-being,” Saint John said in a statement. “I feel honored to contribute my experience to an already dynamic legacy, and to continue driving engagement in the future.”

Saint John will report to Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos. Sarandos said that Saint John will “define and lead our next exciting phase of creativity and connection with consumers.”

Saint John made Black Enterprise magazine’s 2017 “Most Powerful Women in Business” list, and appeared on Billboard’s Power 100 list also in 2017.
