Nike Run Club Update Offers New Modular Watch Face, ‘Twilight Mode,’ More

Nike today announced software updates to the Apple Watch Nike and the Nike Run Club app for the Apple Watch.

Nike Run Club Update

What’s New to Nike Run Club

Before Your Run
With an exclusive modular sport face designed to offer multiple complications, NRC now has included the go-to favorites such as the quick start button, total monthly miles and Guided Runs with fresh content and artwork.

During Your Run
New metrics appear to help measure every stride. In addition to total miles run, the latest interface enables runners to view their average pace and cadence during a run.

Hitting the pavement before the sun rises or after it sets? To help make runners more visible, the latest NRC face employs Nike Twilight Mode — offering a new in-run display and design.

After Your Run
To motivate runners to get to the next run, the latest NRC interface offers “Streaks.” Get at least one run in a week and receive a streak badge. Each week runners keep the streak alive they unlock the next streak icon on the Watch face.

The update for the Nike Run Club app is now available. It should be noted that only users with an Apple Watch Nike can use the new exclusive watch face.

The latest Apple Watch Nike is available now at Apple locations and October 14 at nike.com.

The Nike Run Club app is available here.
