Apple to Announce Fiscal Q1 2021 Earnings on January 27

Apple will announce its earnings for the first fiscal quarter of 2021 (fourth calendar quarter) on Wednesday, January 27. The Cupertino firm announced the date on its investor relations page on Tuesday.

The first-quarter earnings call will likely give us an idea of how well the iPhone 12 performed during the holiday shopping season, as well as the new M1 Macs which debuted in November.

Apple hadn’t provided guidance for Q1 2021 during its Q4 2020 earnings call, thanks to the uncertainty surrounding the global COVID-19 pandemic, which continues to affect the company’s product launch timelines and sales. The pandemic has resulted in the current shuttering of numerous Apple stores around the globe.

The quarterly earnings statement will be released at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time/4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. A conference call to discuss the report will take place at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time /5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. You can listen to the call here, and MacTrast will also provide full coverage.
