The leaker known as “ShrimpApplePro” says the upcoming Apple Watch Series 8 will not be delayed at launch and will be available in a “new shade of red.”
In a tweet from earlier today ShrimpApplePro said the standard Apple Watch Series 8 will still be available in 41 and 45mm sizes and that the wearable’s (PRODUCT)RED is a new shade of red.

He also said that the Apple Watch Series 8 box will be of the same design as the Series 7 Watch, but will have more glue on the box’s pull-tabs to more clearly indicate that the box has been open by leaving traces of glue behind.
While we saw last year’s Apple Watch Series 7 launch nearly a month after its unveiling and suffered from shipping delays, ShrimpApplePro says Series 8 stocks are adequate, meaning there shouldn’t be any shipping delays during the launch.
