Apple Releases macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 – Brings Fix for Text Overlapping Bug

Apple on Thursday released macOS Sonoma 14.3.1, a minor update to the ‌macOS Sonoma‌ operating system that was released in September 2023. ‌

The ‌‌macOS Sonoma‌ 14.3.1 update is a free download on all compatible Macs using the Software Update section of System Settings.

The update addresses a bug that has irritated users through multiple versions of Sonoma, which would cause text to be randomly replaced while typing. The issue affected Mail, Messages, and web pages.

Apple also on Thursday released iOS 17.3.1, iPadOS 17.3.1, and watchOS 10‌‌‌.3.1 updates.
