Apple today seeded the third beta of its upcoming macOS Sequoia 15.5 update to developers and public beta testers for testing, with the new seed coming one week after the release of the third beta.
The betas can be installed and going to “System Settings” -> “General” -> “Software Update” on the Mac after opting into the beta, either through the developer site or through Apple’s public beta testing website.
So far, macOS Sequoia 15.5 appears to be a minor “bug fix” type of release. If we hear more about anything else that’s new in the beta, we’ll update you in this space.
As usual, MacTrast and Apple both warn users to not install any betas on their daily driver Mac. Instead, only install betas on a device set aside for testing purposes.
