Dell Unveils First 52-Inch 6K Thunderbolt Display at CES 2026

Dell has unveiled its new UltraSharp 52 Thunderbolt Hub Monitor at CES 2026, touting it as the “world’s first 52-inch 6K display.”

The 52-inch ultra-wide curved monitor boasts a 21:9 aspect ratio with 6,144 x 2,560 resolution at 129 pixels per inch, supporting refresh rates up to 120Hz.

From the Dell blog:

“The Dell UltraSharp 52 Thunderbolt Hub Monitor is the world’s first 52-inch ultrawide curved 6K monitor with IPS Black panel technology. Designed for financial traders, data scientists, engineers and executives who manage multiple applications simultaneously, it replaces multi-monitor setups with one seamless display. It’s also the first monitor to achieve the highest tier of TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification, emitting up to 60% less blue light when compared to competition, helping to reduce eye fatigue during extended work sessions.”

The display uses IPS Black panel technology, providing deeper blacks and improved contrast when compared to standard IPS panels, its brightness is listed as 400 cd/m.

Compared to a setup with two 27-inch QHD monitors and one 43-inch 4K monitor, it offers 61,000 more pixels and 25% higher pixel density for sharper, more detailed content, all while using less physical space. Dell says the display can act as a multi-monitor replacement for financial traders, data scientists, engineers, and executives who require maximum screen workspace.

Up to four PCs can be connected simultaneously, and a new internal multi-stream transport feature treats each partitioned screen as an individual monitor. A built-in KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) features allows users to control all connected PCs via a single keyboard and mouse.

A single-cable Thunderbolt 4 port, compatible with both Windows and macOS, delivers up to 140W of power. The monitor also features pop-out quick-access ports, including two 27W USB-C ports and one 10W USB-A port, for easy connection to various peripherals. Two HDMI 2.1 ports, two DisplayPort 1.4 ports, three USB-C upstream ports, and several downstream USB-C and USB-A ports, and a 2.5Gbps Ethernet port.

As you might expect, the UltraSharp 52 Thunderbolt Hub Monitor does not come cheap, and is available now from the Dell website for $2,899 with a stand or $2,799 without.
