In January, Apple TV announced that the long-awaited fourth season of popular comedy “Ted Lasso” would happen this summer. Now, thanks to a comment by series star Hannah Waddingham, we know exactly which month the new season will begin streaming.
Speaking to Deadline’s Baz Bamigboye, Waddingham revealed the Ted Lasso season 4 release date.
After being asked when viewers could expect the season premiere, she replied:
August, I think. Am I allowed to say August? August!…I think it’s August.

This time around, Ted will be coaching a new women’s team, which star Hannah Waddingham calls “our Lady Greyhounds.”
Ted Lasso’s first season premiered in August 2020, season 2 in July 2021, and season 3 in March 2023.
Seasons one through three of “Ted Lasso” are available for viewing on Apple TV if you’ve never watched the series, or if you simply need a refresher about the world of Ted.
