Apple on Tuesday seeded the first betas of watchOS 26.6, tvOS 26.6 and visionOS 26.6 to developers for testing purposes. The new betas come two weeks after the version 26.5 release of all three operating systems to the public.
The betas can be downloaded from the Settings app on each device. While the visonOS 26.6 beta will be restricted to developers, watchOS 26.6 and tvOS 26.6 betas should be made available to public beta testers in a week or two.
We don’t yet know what’s included in the beta software. watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS updates often focus on bug fixes and performance improvements.
As usual, Mactrast and Apple both warn users to not install any betas on their daily driver Apple Watch, Apple TV, or Vision Pro. Instead, only install betas on a device set aside for testing purposes.
