Sales tax holidays allow customers to purchase select products from Apple and other companies without needing to pay state sales tax. The eligible products and price limits vary from state to state. Depending on the state, eligible Apple products may include Macs, iPads, iPhones, and/or accessories. Apple says that while the sales tax savings may not appear during checkout, the discounts will be included on the final receipt.
All of this information is outlined on the page.
Customers in the 10 states can benefit not only from the sales tax holiday savings, they can also benefit from Apple’s Back to School promotion, which should kickoff any day now.
