Apple TV+ and MLB Announce Friday Night Baseball Schedule for August 2026

Apple TV+ and Major League Baseball have announced the July 2026 schedule for Friday Night Baseball, the weekly doubleheader of MLB games streamed on Apple TV+.

This month’s games include breakout star Jordan Walker and the St. Louis Cardinals taking on three-time All-Star Alex Bregman and the Chicago Cubs for a matinee battle on August 18. Then, on August 28, the New York Yankees will host the Boston Red Sox for the latest battle between one of baseball’s greatest rivalries.

The month also features multiple appearances by some of baseball’s top contenders, including the American League West-leading Seattle Mariners and American League East-leading Tampa Bay Rays, who will each appear twice on “Friday Night Baseball” during August.

The July 2026 schedule is as follows:

August 7

  • Baltimore Orioles at Texas Rangers – 8 P.M. ET
  • Tampa Bay Rays at Seattle Mariners – 9:30 P.M. ET

August 14

  • St. Louis Cardinals at Chicago Cubs – 2 P.M. ET
  • New York Yankees at Toronto Blue Jays – 7 P.M. ET

August 21

  • Tampa Bay Rays at Baltimore Orioles – 7 P.M. ET
  • Los Angeles Angels at Texas Rangers – 8 P.M. ET

August 28

  • Boston Red Sox at New York Yankees – 7 P.M. ET
  • Seattle Mariners at Toronto Blue Jays – 7 P.M. ET
