iOS 27 Adds New Languages and Accents to Apple Translate

In addition to several new and improved features device-wide, iOS 27 also brings several new languages and accents to Apple Translate, reports 9to5Mac.

At WWDC26, highlighted several improvements in iOS 27, aimed at multilingual users, including support for Afrikaans, Guarani, Zulu, and several Indigenous languages,some of which are coming to the iOS 27 keyboard.

When the update rolls out to the public later this year, the app will support 30 languages and accents, up from the current 21.

Below is the full list of languages supported in Apple Translate as of iOS 27 beta 3. New languages are in bold:
