Apple has seeded the release candidates of its upcoming tvOS 27.2, watchOS 27.2, and visionOS 27.2 operating systems to developers for testing. The RCs come one week after the fourth beta releases.
Registered developers can install the RCs from the Software Update section of the Settings app on each device.
With iOS 27.2 and watchOS 27.2, Apple is testing the new Health app that it showed off during its iPhone event. The updated app offers new Insights and Longevity tabs, as well as a readiness score calculated from information provided by the new Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 models.
At the time of this writing, there’s no word on what’s being added in tvOS 27.2 and visionOS 27.2. As new features are discovered, we will update this article.
As usual, MacTrast and Apple both warn users to not install any betas on their daily driver Apple TV, Apple Watch or Vision Pro. Instead, only install betas on a device set aside for testing purposes.
