Apple today posted a trailer for an all-new Peanuts special, starring everyone’s favorite beagle, Snoopy! A new Snoopy special, “Snoopy Presents: 12 Days of Snoopy” will premiere on Friday, November 13. The new animated special follows Snoopy as he works to get off of Santa’s naughty list before Christmas Eve.
In the latest special of the acclaimed “Snoopy Presents” banner, the Peanuts kids are on their best behavior — but Snoopy has landed on Santa’s naughty list. With just 12 days until Christmas, he sets out to prove he’s not such a bad beagle after all, discovering along the way that the season is about more than gifts.
The special features original music from John Legend, Kamasi Washington featuring Leon Bridges, and Laufey.
Popular Peanuts and Charlie Brown holiday specials are now no longer broadcast on traditional television networks and are instead now Apple TV exclusives. Contentn starring Snoopy is available on Apple TV, and in addition to this new special, includes “Snoopy in Space,” “The Snoopy Show,” “It’s the Small Things, Charlie Brown,” “Lucy’s School,” and more.
While Apple TV subscribers can watch any of the Peanuts holiday specials for free at any time, non-subscribers can watch the Peanuts holiday specials for free on a single weekend during the holiday season.
Non-Apple TV subscribers will be able to watch “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” for free on Saturday, November 14, and Sunday, November 15 on Apple TV — with no subscription required.
All you need to do is fire up the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, smart TVs, Amazon Fire Stick, Roku sticks, and other popular streaming-capable devices. Find the show, and press “Play.” You can also watch on your Mac or PC in a web browser at tv.apple.com.
