Apple has created an interactive version of the logo its using for its upcoming September 9 press event. The logo can be interacted with on the main Apple.com website. The website’s animated Apple logo changes color when touched.
Holding a finger over the Apple logo on an iPhone or iPad causes it to shift to a darker orange the longer you hold, and when swiping, the colors will change and follow your finger. On the Mac, a mouse or a trackpad can be used to achieve the same effect.
The Apple logo for the “Awe Dropping” event is designed to look like a thermal map or the output that you might see on a thermal camera. Some believe that the colors changing from shades of blue to shades of orange, perhaps indicating new iPhone colors.
