How To: Print Out Directions From Maps In iOS 5
Having Maps on your iOS device is perfect for those times when you need to find out where you are or the best alternate ways to get to your destination.
If you have time you may wish to actually print the directions out which will save on battery and data usage.
All you need to do is tap on the curled page at the bottom right hand side of the screen as shown below:
Then tap the print button as shown below:
If you have a AirPrint compatible printer or an application such Printopia you will simply select it from the following window:
When ready simply press Print and your directions will be printed for you.
The printout will give you a step by step visual guide as can be seen below:
